Hi dear community,
We’ve moved a client’s SAP Business One database from a cloud environment to an on-premise server. After restoring the database, the default manager user does not show up under Administration → Setup → General → Users. My understanding is that manager is created automatically when a new company DB is initialized.
I’d appreciate help with the following:
Is it safe/best practice to recreate the manager user on the restored on-premise database so it behaves like the original?
Is there a known reason why manager may be hidden/disabled or absent in SAP B1 Cloud deployments?
Any insights or steps to properly restore or replace manager would be very helpful. Thank you!

Dear Javokhir_Isroilov,
To manage the 'manager' user in an On Premise environment, please follow the steps outlined in SAP Note

Before proceeding with the transfer, please update the password for the user 'manager' as described in the SAP Note mentioned above. Without completing this step, there will be no Super User account available in SAP Business One in the On Premise environment.
I hope this helps.
Kind regards,
Ladislav
