Manage Workflows: For Bank Accounts

Hello,

I had been using the standard workflow WS74300043 for the purpose of maintaining bank accounts. For an account opening process, this involved the following steps:

1. A user requests a new bank account
2. The Cash Manager approves the new account request
3. The Cash Management Specialist reviews and requests the new account at the bank, later populating the appropriate fields directly on the request (e.g. bank account number, IBAN, etc.)
4. The Key User finishes the process by maintaining the House Bank Account & ID, General Ledger Account,etc. directly on the request as well.

I later found the application Manage Workflows: For Bank Accounts but realised only standard workflow WS78500050 appears to be included in the spro flexible workflow scenario activation configuration node.

Even though I am still able to add a three step workflow to replicate the process above, the intervenients can only approve/reject rather than actually maintaining any data on the request (i.e. changing data is locked since you cannot edit a revision that is in approval process). Should it still be possible to replicate the functionality provided through workflow WS74300043 in this regard?

Hi Tiago Nunes, I am also facing the same error with workflow WS78000050 "changing data is locked since you cannot edit a revision that is in approval process" are you able to solve this issue? If yes, Your inputs are appreciated.
