Manage work center capacity problem 1809 - no values in filters possible

Hello SAP Community,

I have some bugs when I enter "Manage Work Center Capacity" when using Fiori SAP1809.

First, i have 2 "Evaluation Horizon" filters, but the first one does not have any values in it.

This message already appeared several times.

I also have no possibility to switch from % to hours in the detailed screen of a particular work center. Same error is displayed.

Any clues on why this is happening and how to solve it ?
