Manage Work Center Capacity app 1809 SPS 02 - Resource Hierarchy

Hello Everyone,

My problem is the following, In the Manage Work Center app there is no capacity data for Resources that are part of a hierarchy. Reviewing the note 2934073, this indicates that it displays only Capacity information of Resources that are part of a recipe.

The operations of the mater receipe has defined a resource Level 01, but, when the users programing the process orders, they select a resource level 02 that is part of the hierarchy. This orders dont appear in the app.

Is it possible that this information appears in some way? or it is not possible.
