manage validation for journal entry

Dear Experts,

I have successfully created a validation using manage validation for journal entry for posting journal entry and it is working but now i have received a challenge that validation is effecting other apps like create outgoing invoices , it is not allowing user to create invoice .

can you please suggest a way to stop the validation to effect other apps.
