Manage Service Orders Missing from Application List

Hi,

While testing Scope Item 3D2 in S/4HANA Cloud Public, in one of the procedures, it requested me to open this app "Manage Service Orders - To-Do List (F3571A)". I could not find this application in search function nor the app finder based on this sap note:

I have also made sure that business catalog SAP_S4CRM_BC_SERV_MGR_PC is assigned to my ID.

Please let me know how do I find this application.

Hi Amirul,

as this App is a newer version with 2408, did you check that you have replaced the catalogs of the role from deprecated to new? When you checked the catalog and if it is assigned to your role, did you see the new App in the catalog and is the catalog really assigned? 

Please also try searching the App via the App Finder.

Hi,

According to the notes you discovered, the "Manage Service Orders (To-Do List)" app is not accessible via the Enterprise Search function. To locate this app, ensure that your business user in the system is assigned the appropriate business catalog "Service - Manage Service Orders"(SAP_S4CRM_BC_SERV_MGR_PC). You can then find the app using the "App Finder" and add it to your Home Page.

Alternatively, if your business user has a role that includes the SAP pre-delivered Space "Service Management" (SAP_BR_CUSTOMER_SRVC_MGR), you can find the app under the Page "Service Management" (SAP_S4CRM_PGT_SRVC_MGR_PC).
