Manage Cost Rates - Audit Log

Hi;

We are trying to find an app that shows us the audit log for the app Manage Cost Rates - Professional Services? We tried Show Change Documents, but we are unable to find a Change Document Object that relates to the cost rates.

Have you tried the Analysis button in App Manage Cost Rates - Professional Services? See screenshot attached.
