Manage Change Records - defaults and presets

Hi,

We are currently implementing S/4 Cloud within an Engineering context where engineering changes are important:

is there a possibility for MANAGE CHANGE RECORDS to:

• define different categories of change records
• copy change records
• define default routes --> it is really not workable that for every change record the workflow and routes have to be entered manually, we would assume this is can be defaulted

Answer: Change Record supports change type, by which you can categories your changes

copy change records

Answer: it is not supported yet. we will roll-in this requirement. From release 1808, you can pre-define change workflow template to simplify the change record creation.

define default routes --> it is really not workable that for every change record the workflow and routes have to be entered manually, we would assume this is can be defaulted

Answer: yes, process workflow template is supported since S/4HANA cloud 1808 release.
