Make view fields non editable (display only) in EIC 6.0

hi experts,

i am working in EIC 6.0. we have a requirement wherein the interaction record's all but one view needs to be non editable when the ticket is in closed status.

please let me know if there is anything that can be done so that all the fields in a view can be made non editable when the change button is clicked but the status of that interaction record is found closed. clicking on change button enables all views editable but the requirement is to keep only one view editable and rest all in display mode.

thanks in advance,

Sagar.

HI,

in CRM you can make a configuration for eg in status management - and set in which status document is blocked.

when you want to set only some fields you can try with BAdi CRM_ORDER_FIELDCHECK . There are some example implementations so you can see what is it about.

SAP offers two deployment options for EIC (CRM and ERP) and in EHP5 there it is going to be included in the new Shared Service Framework (SSF).
