I have a situation where I don't have access to HR module, for maintenance technicians. I need to make departments and personnel responsible for maintenance plans and schedules and to be notified.
The work around I was given was to create workcenters as maintenance technicians... assign them as the "Maint Workcenter" I don't feel I can log multiple technicians on one job, and I can't have any metrics or time logging.
Is there a way I can have KPIs and any other metrics without using HR module, what will I not be able to do with out personnel resources for my PMs and WOs scheduling.
