Hi All.
Has anyone faced a similar issue? We have 31 exactly same maintenance plans. They are scheduled and have already generated some calls. All of a sudden, plan number 27 and 28 have started work orders without the previous orders being completed. The following are the details of the MPs:
- Cycle/Unit = 5 days
- Offset = 0 day
- Shift Factor for Late Completion = 100%, Tolerance (+) = 0%
- Shift Factor for Early Completion = 100%, Tolerance (-) = 0%
- Cycle Modification Factor = 1.00
- Call Horizon = 5 days
- Scheduling Period = 365 days
- Completion Requirement = CHECKED
- Scheduling Indicator = Time

Hi @indraniljoshi1989,
Notice that you've activated enhancing call horizon functionality (switch - EAM_SFWS_MPLAN_OPEN_HORIZ_DAYS) which allows you to set call horizon in days. This may be the cause for some plans bypassing the completion requirement check.
Check this SAP note and implement the corrections - 1849123 - EAMCC: Enhancing the call horizon- check for call completion - SAP for Me
