Maintenance Plan migration from ECC to S/4

Hello Experts,

We have requirement to migrate the existing maintenance plans from ECC to S/4. These maintenance plans have existing orders also generated. Business wants to move all the maintenance plan along with its generated orders into S/4.

If we migrate the plans, then what approach should be taken for deciding on the start date of the plan, also what approach should be taken to migrate the preventive maintenance order.

Consider below points when migrating the Maintenance Plans.

1- Only open Orders to be migrated manually through custom program.

2- First consider the date when the Go Live and from when you want to create the orders in S4

3- Keep the same date from Point 2 as Task List Validity Date.

4. When schedule the plans, system will create the Order based on task list validity date.
