Maintenance plan cannot be changed

Diagnosis

You cannot change the maintenance plan, because it is still locked by a change to the maintenance strategy.

Procedure

Please use transaction IP11U to update the maintenance plan first.

I do not have access to IP11U. Is there any other way to resolve this issue?
