Maintenance Order Types : YA01 and YA02 (Reactive and Proactive Maintenance)

Hello All,

Client is on : SAP S/4HANA 2021 on Premise version and standard order type YA01 & YA02 is not available in the system.

I have gone through multiple threads and found that need to install 4HH & 4HI best practices to get these standards order type.

This is site is now migrated to "https://me.sap.com/processnavigator" and I am unable to find any option to download best practice content from here.

Could please guide here how to download Best Practice and get the content.

I have activated business feature "EAM_PHASE_MODEL_PROCESSING".

It seems more complicated as SAP have deprecated configuration guides for Best practices but i think you can get what to be configured. I would request you to check and also check /

Thanks Jagdeep, in /N/SMB/BBI for the Scope ID 4HH & 4HI I can see multiple Building block , In the SAP Scope ID documentation no details available for the building blocks and I can see numbers of building block under the Scope ID 4HH & 4HI some looks cross module here. Anyone have any Idea on the Building Blocks ?

Did you try to generate the configuration Guide needed 4HH or 4H1 --for N/SMB/CONFIG_GUIDE_UI?--This will provide all configuration that should be in place to use the 4HH or 4HI -- keep in mind there are cross functional settings need to enable this scenario -Also check with Basis how to download and activate best practices

Thank you Jagdeep, Yes I have gone through the N/SMB/CONFIG_GUIDE_UI and under 4HH & 4HI Number or building blocks available and for that I don't have a much Idea. As I can see some building blocks are related to other module also.

I raised to SAP they replied this is a consulting issue, so team please let me guide if any one have installed a sap best practices in the Golden Master client ?
