Maintaining Multiple GR/IR GL Account

Hello SAP Experts,

QUESTION:

We wanted to assign Multiple GR/IR GL Account for different Material Categories but In the Current situation all the adjustment with respect to GR/IR is done through only one "GL Account- 21120000."sap finance

However, if we go to "Automatic Account Determination" Configs we are not able to do so, and the Valuation class option is also greyed out in the system

Please find the attached images for reference and guide us if there is any feasibility to do so in the system.
