Maintain tax code FTXP in non productive system set to not modifiable

Hi

In production FTXP can be maintained as the client is set to productive. In test client (in a dev system) we do not want to have client set as productive as we want to be able to use SCC1.

How can we solve this?

I have checked various notes and setting a tick box in "Current setting" do not make any difference.
