Maintain PIRs fiori app/Upload of materials with 'N/A' version along with 'Yes' Version fails

Dear all, 

I am posting the present as I am trying to upload PIRs with the 'Maintain PIRs' fiori app simultaneously for materials with preexisting plan (and version active) along with several new materials which have never been planned in the past (this is indicated by N/A in the selection screen and by version inactive in the mass maintenance screen). The system fails to upload the PIRs from the point at which it encounters the first N/A material onwards but only for the 'Yes' materials. It manages to maintain the PIRs for the rest of the N/A materials. 

I was wondering if there was any direct solution or a proper way to maintain the excel file in order to successfully upload PIRs for all the materials of interest at the same time. Or at least is there a way to massively change the version to active (without uploading 2 separate files) before I upload my file?

I also attach a screenshot of the error I receive in case it helps.
