Maintain PIRs doesn't save PIRs

Hello, 

I'm uploading PIRs with Fiori app.

Are 1114 items.

First stesp ( upload file) was done ok, and I see all the items , but when I press "save" a progress bar is showing the progres.. after ( 55%) show this strange error

is there someone that know this error and whe I can see the log to understand what happened ?

Updating: If the PIRs doesn't exist in a particular version ( like 09) then SAP create the records, this seems not happen when version is 01.. any idea ?

See the note 3285620 - FAQ: App "Maintain PIRs", point 8

The number of the requirements plan starts with letter, "I", "P" or "V". In SAP S/4HANA systems requirement plan number might not start with any of the listed letters. Note 2784646 provides with a sample report, which you can use to migrate already existing requirement plan numbers.

Hi, I think  this is not the reason. Requirements plan is empy.. at the end I identified the cause but not the solution. Materials are saved except 50. These materials haven't entry in PIR with 01 Version. What is strange why they were not created from csv file..

@egil63 The note mentions dumps during PIR saving. Check and analyze dumps in ST22. If you can't resolve the issue based on this analysis, report the problem to SAP support.
