M7 021 error in goods issue VL02N, with movement type 641

guru,

does anyone have a solution for these symptoms :

1. at good issu, a STO delivered via SD, VL02N with movement type 641 encounters error M7 021

2. M7 022 error also encountered in good issu, a STO delivered via MM, MB1B with movement type 351

Transfer from plant to plant at the moment is not possible, help my please.  I would really appreciate your help/ sugestion

Normally, 641 movement type will not support for special stock 'O'. You need to go with One-Step STO with movement type 64A. You can maintain this movement type in SPRO > Materials Management > Outsourced Manufacturing > Define Movement Type for One-Step Stock Transfer for Subcontract Order

Both M7021 and M7022 messages relate to stock deficit - you simply don't have enough stock to post goods issue / stock transfer.
