LTMC error during customer master upload

Hi experts,

Getting error below error when trying to upload customer master using LTMC. Can you help in understanding & rectifying error. We tried to upload in same format yesterday which got uploaded sucessfully but today it is throwing error. Pls suggest

There are no instances that can be processed at this time

Hi @drlnsimha1411 

Usually such information raises when the same data alrady stored in staging table. Did you already upload the same set of data to staging table?

Hi @IreneLiu I have tried by deleting uploaded instances in staging tables multiple times. But still the error is recurring. Trying to create new project for upload and existing project is being used only once if we try 2nd upload immediately the error shows up.

Hi drlnsimha1411, are you trying to upload the same template file in the same migration object/project? Could you please try in this way" 1)delete the uploaded template file which has the same key fields set 2) remove the instances in staging table which has the same key fields set. In common, migration cockpit tool is designed to initial data creation, which means it does not allow to upload the same key sets to the app. Hope this answers your question. Thanks for your suggestion cleared the earlier instances & data is now getting uploaded.
