LTMC customer upload.Why is KNA1 filling only for the 1st record,despite all BPs getting created?

Hi, I am trying to upload Customer data through LTMC . However, even though all the records (4) get uploaded into the BP transaction, the KNA1 table is updated with only the 1st record of the excel sheet, while all the BPs are successfully created and visible in the BP transaction, with BUT000 table showing all the 4 records

When I upload a single record, it gets updated in KNA1, along with BUT000. However, On uploading more than 1 record, only the first record gets updated.

Due to this the fields that the Customer BP fetches from KNA1, like Supplier of of the Customer BP, etc are not updated in BP transaction. However, when I manually updated the same in BP transaction, an entry is successfully created in KNA1.

This behavior looks absurd. Can anyone please help with what might be going wrong?

Hello,

With LTMC it is possible to upload more than one record. Please check if there are any error messages thrown by BAPI using MDS_PPO2 transaction. If migration process was completed successfully, but the customer data is missing in KNA1 table, then i would suggest to create an ticket in LO-MD-BP component.
