lsmw in IE02 does not display vendor

hello all

our equipment contains field IHPA-PARNR (vendor) in the group Reference data in the equipment.

when I try to create a recording to add a vendor in LSMW, this field does not apppear!

can someone help me understand why is this? here below the difference when I start IE02 and when I record it

I used transaction IBIP directly, creating the file with IBIPTOOL and it worked so I am closing this question.

I am still curious tho, of why the field does not appear during a recording

• In SHDB did you check some boxes such as 'Not a Batch Input Session' or 'Simulate Background Mode'
• Also check for any 'Enhancement' to IE02 screen on your system (IHPA field in this tab/block ?)
• Did you check in LSMW for other solutions (e.g. direct input on object 0400, or BAPI on Business Object EQUI Method CHANGE)

it is an LSMW recording and there is no option to simulate etc.

no enhancement either.

yes lsmw has other solution but since it is just to add one single field, a recording is easier

Can you check your Customizing (OIEV) for Partner Procedure for Equipment.

You could also set a break-point at start/call of FM PM_PARTNER_INCLUDES which should return the subscreen with the IHPA vendor field (in dynr2?) and debug from there.

IHPA in dynr2 = LF which is the vendor and in OIEV, my partner is VN
