LSMW for Maintenance Plans

Hi All,

Could anyone help in sharing document or giving solution for uploading of maintenance plans through LSMW.

Hi ,

Please refer attached doc for Step by step LSMW for Maintenance plan.

Demonstrated for one set of data.

1. T-code – LSMW

Create Project, Sub-Project and Object and hit Execute button

Press “F8” and enter below details

Finally, the 3 files look like as below

Now lets come back to SAP screen

Create structure as below save and come back

Same way do it for remaining 2 structure later double click on the “RECORDNAME” field on the each structure and name it as “IBIPMPLA”, “IBIPMPOS”, and “IBIPOLST” as shown below.

Post maintaining the “RECORDNAME”, save the structure and come back.

Post maintaining the structure relationships for all 3 structure , save and come back.

Come to change mode and perform auto field mapping and if required keep some field values as default values as shown below.

Save and come back

Before approaching “specify files” option, copy all 3 sheets values only (Field is not required) in one Note pad as shown below.

Execute Specify files option and maintain below options and save and come back.

Hi Ram, in my case i am able to assign the file only to header in the assign files step system is not allowing me assign for others below is the screen shot, Do know the solution for this, thanks for the document.

You can use IBIP stuctures as below for batch input.

IBIPMPLA. - Maintenance plans

IBIPMPOS - Maintenance Items.

Or you can create recording as per standard LSMW process well explained in following documents.

If you read through all 3 above documents, you will get a clear picture.
