LSMW for fb02 to edit the assignment field of specific G/L account

Hi,

There are like 800,000 Fi doc need the assignment field to be updated on specific gl and each transaction has a unique assignment value so fagll03 option mass change is not applicable and i tried lsmw through batch T.code fb02, and can't do the changes on specific gl account due to the position of the gl differ from FI doc to another.

So i need to do LSMW to edit the assignment of specific gl account and each transaction has a different value.

Hi Ashraf,

The best way to solve this would be to make an LSMW of T code - FB09

In the file, that you create to upload the LSMW, mention the Accounting Document number & the line item in which assignment needs to be changed.

Pass the Accounting document number along with the line item on the selection screen of FB09 & select the account type as GL Account.
