LTP (Long Term Planning) takes into account assigned PIR (Planned Independent Requirements) no matter if their 'Active' Indicator is set or not. MRP only looks at active PIR.
Thus: Reset the 'Active' Flag in the PIR which are intended for simulation only (transaction MD62).
