Hey guys,

I'm trying to log in to the environment through the Eclipse IDE, but I'm having this problem:

Login to S4H system failed (partner '123-45-678-910.dsl.telesp.net.br:sapgw34' not reached)

I don't know why this happens. I can access the environment normally through the SAP GUI, but I cannot connect to Eclipse.

From the client desktop, are you able to ping the remote server by IP and hostname?
