Hi experts,
there's a known setting in the B1i version 1, which defines, how long messages must be left in log. This is defined in days and the logs older than this value are deleted every day: Maintenance – Cfg MsgLog – Daily Deletion button – Backup Buffer (Days). This works like a charm .
Does anyone know, if there's a similar setting for the B1i 2.0 Logs? I could not find anything similar in the settings and also any point in the documentation. The problem is, the logs disappear very often in customer productive systems on the next day and there's no possibility to analyze, if something goes wrong.
