Log in as another CB user

Hi Expert !

I would like to confirm how to log in as a CB user.

My CB user is CB9980000043 and I log in with this ID.

I created a user in the App "Manage Workforce".
I would like to log in using the additional user I created. Is there any way to do this?

Hi @ISoma ,

The authentication is controlled by your Identity Access System (IAS), not your Public Cloud tenant itself.

In your IAS, go to Applications and Resources, select your application on the left panel, then on the right hand side, under Single Sign-on, Subject Name Identifier, there is a Configuration area. Here you can choose what to use as logon name. Most times we use email. But others should work as well.

With that said, my colleague asked a good question. What scenario do you have in mind?
