Lockbox number alphanumeric

Hello all,

I have a question regarding the lockbox number setup. The system does not accept alphanumeric numbers. Is this common or can it be changed somewhere so that we can set alphanumeric numbers and not only numeric ones?

Hi,

actually the lockbox number is saved on a data element which should technically allow alphanumeric values.

How do you upload those lockbox files?

I have never come across such a setting where you customize if it's alphanumeric or numeric. So in general I would then assume it's not possible.
