You can create a query in SQVI with table NRIV and T003
In standard you will not get the document type but only the number range.
Adding to that you can access these details at table level using T003 and NRIV.

Access the Transaction code FBN1, key the company code click in the overview button (shift+F7). Export to Local file, Excel.
