Dear all,
One of our customers manages long lasting work orders (two or three days long), and needs to know who has been working in the order, and of course, from when to when. For example (a simplified one):

I initially thought of using the time sheet standard feature, but it won´t let me link "employees" and work orders. I can only do that with "users" (and only for the user that is responsible for the work order), so that is not a solution. I have also tried linking the work order to a project and using a work sheet activity+non-inventory item in the work order, and it won't work....
Has anyone come through this with a solution (within the standard tools)?

Thanks in advance for you comments!

Hi,
In standard, at the most you can create a user defined table with above fields. Link the first two fields with production order numbers and employee ids respectively and rest of the fields for user inputs.
Simply, a data entry form which then can be converted to a query based report to see the work order wise manpower used.
