I have searched through the blogs and forums and have been unable to find the answer to my question.
My company links email activity through a shared mailbox to individual service calls as activities in SAP B1. At preset this is done by manually adding an new activity in the service call and copying and pasting the contents of the email. As you can image this can become very time consuming depending on the amount of emails coming on any given day.
What we would like to do is have the emails automatically populate as an activity within the service call when received into the mailbox providing the service call number is attached to email subject.
Has anyone had experience making this possible, or could they point me to the relevan documentation / posts that details how to do this?
