The link https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2041140 works and is redirected to https://me.sap.com/notes/2041140 as tsvetinka.gaydazhieva noticed. You need to logon with a valid S-user with enough authorization to read SAP support notes and KBAs. Do you log with an S-user?

marcocarta You can't access notes without a S-user. It is free for SAP clients and partners. You need to find out within your organization who manages S-users.
