Dear SAP Support,
I am currently working with limit items in S/4HANA Public Cloud, which have replaced framework orders from ECC 6.0. In ECC, we were able to maintain a validity period (start and end dates) at the PO header level when converting a framework-type purchase requisition to a PO. This functionality allowed us to monitor timelines and extract the validity period into the PO output form.
Howevr, in the Public Cloud version, while the limit amount is shown at the item level, the validity dates are no longer displayed at the header level.
Since I need to define a timeline to monitor framework-type POs and also reflect this information in the PO form output, could you please help verify where this data can be maintained or if there is an alternative approach in the Public Cloud?
Thank you for your support.
Best regards,
Keratiya D.

Hello @Keratiya_D
The system behaviour you're seeing aligns with SAP’s Public Cloud standards. You can meet your timeline monitoring and form output requirements by leveraging item-level validity dates, adjusting your form templates accordingly, and setting up reports for visibility
