license key Payroll Change Management

Hello,

I'm having problem while generating license key during the installation of SAP payroll change Management tool. It doesn't generate any key at all in the SAP license editor. My connection is successful to R/3 system. Any tips?

I'm also want to try out "SAP Change Management for Payroll/Time" but can't find the downloads.

Where can I find this?

If you found the setup file for it tool kindly let me know as I am unable to download it through sdn.sap.com site.

Any info on this tool will be very helpfull!
