License for SAP IDES from minisap

My license for the IDES server that I have is expiring soon. Earlier I could generate license keys from https://go.support.sap.com/minisap for free. But now it is asking for a login id and password. How do I renew my IDES license?

Seems like this was a temporary glitch. I'm able to download the license on https://go.support.sap.com/minisap/#/minisap
