License Error Unknown #100000060

Hello, everyone

I deployed SAP Business One Hana server and Windows Server for integration purposes on Azure.

Server 1: xx.xx.xx.10 MMB1HSRV -> SAP Business One Hana Server with OpenSuse

Server 2: xx.xx.xx.04 MMB1GKSRV -> Integration server with Windows Server 2022 Datacenter

Installation went smoothly on the B1 Hana server and the setup validation tool was all successful.

I installed Browser Access and SAP Business One client on Windows Server both are working without problem.

But after installing B1IF on the Windows server SLD testing always fails with the following error:

"B1 License Error Unknown #100000060".

Already changed the B1i password a few times.

UB1SYSTEM is the admin user I used to install SAP software and no privilege error on UB1SYSTEM.

I also downloaded DI Tool and tried testing it from my personal computer and the results are identical.

Test-NetConnection on port 30013,40000 is successful from the Windows server and from my PC

In your Integration framework -> SLD connection which is failing, please change licenseserver address to below value :

mmb1hsrv:40000

Change b1server value : HDB@mmb1hsrv:30013

Save details and test connection again

Thanks for the fast reply, nidhisingh14It really solved the problem.

I tried with MMB1HSRV:40000 before but why writing in lowercase is making a difference?
