Lettera di esenzione ( Letter of Exemtion) Management of Italy Vendor accounts

Hi Experts,

It is applicable for all the Italian Habitual Exporters who are exempted from VAT . I am searching a for a solution that can help me with;

1. Letter of intent management, whereby we will be able view all the active Letter of intent per Vendor and the balance remaining for each Letter.

2. When we post a Fi invoice , Cr Note or MM postings , the system should be able to pop up a warning to the users with LoI details and the remaining balance.

Much appreciate any help you can extend.
