Ledger and Trail Balance Balances not matching - S4 HANA

Dear Experts,

In the Trail Balance one of the GL account is showing some balance, but in actual the balance in the ledger is Zero. If i check FBL3H balance is Zero, but Trail balance still have balance. This happened after upgrade from 1709 to 1909. When i check FS10N cumulative balance is showing the same balance same as F.01 (Trail Balance). I cannot be able to check line items as it is giving me an error as below. we have also tried to implement the below OSS notes but issue not resolved.

Apply note 2921440- Accrual Migration: Report Balance is not equal to zero and implement again.

Apply note 2925863 - Accrual Migration: Don't migrate zero amount of CUMVALCAP for ACEPSOI

Apply note 2927521 - Accrual Migration: step ACE_REC2 check enhancement

Apply note 2927920 - Accrual Migration: Fill currency information for each offsetting document

Apply note 2928964 - Accrual Migration: Negative Posting for offsetting document.
