Leave the total amount and total quantity empty for COST_UPL/0L.

Solution: To fix above issue I removed/unchecked the "upld_allwd" check box.

(Or)

If the issue still not resolved, try Remove No Zero amount check box for COSTS_UPL.

(Or)

If the amount issue still not resolved do this with references to the 1^st excel upload of COSTS file what ever accrual amount is posted throughout the period put that amount here each period wise.
