Hi Gurus,
I have configured leave management in my SAP system. In case of separation I am entering leave encashment amount with unit month/days and average salary from infotype 15. Whenever leave encashment unit is month system is calculating exemption correctly but if instead of number of month I am entering number of days, system is not taking in account the average salary entered and hence exemption is coming incorrect. For example if leave ecashment is entered as 50000 for 2 months and average basic salary is entered 20000 per month exemtion is coming as 40000. Where as if leave encashment is entered as 50000 for 60 days and average basic salary as 40000 exemption is coming as 50000 where as again it should be 40000. My client wants to enter number leave days instead of month.
As suggested by Jyotsna Please check back end configuration mentioned Units as Days instead of Months.

Hi Sidharth,
When you maintain the months for leave encashment the exemption is happening on the calculation based on the average base salry maintained in your info type 0015 as you said.
In order to do that calculation definitely there would be PCR and may be it has been queried on time units as months...If possible kindly check the RT log where exactly the calculation is happening and look for the PCR if any...

Jyotsna Akula.
