Hi All,

I have a scenario as explained below appreciate inputs on the same.

  • Using Time evaluation of Actual times(TM00)

Business Process

  • Employees are hired for projects and in each project date of hiring can differ (Ex employee 1 joins project1 on 5th of January, employee 2 joins project1 on 20th of January)
  • Employees should be entitled to 1 day of earned leave after completion of 1 month. i.e 1 day quota to be transferred on 5th Feb for employee1 and on 20th Feb for employee2 and like wise for every month

How can this be handled in the system. Any inputs appreciated

Raghu

Hi,

Please try this in table  V_T559L you will find the tab selection rule "Transfer time" here you will see the option Day type. Now you have to create a day type or select from the list. When you will run the PT60 then 1 day leave will be accru.

Hi,

Normally earned leave based on attendance not allocation of project right?

Based on attendance we can map through PCR.

you need to maintain attendance for those days and cummulate in saldo (month balances) each day hrs=1, adddb9xxxz which is for transfer to next period also. based on month balances you can do remaining business.

Hi Raghu,

How do you maintain master data when you hire employees for a new project?

It is not allocation of project. It is basically a new hire, we maintain data of DOJ in It-41. The transfer is not based on attendance but on the date.

Hi,

In that case set accrual period as "Rel to date type" and select IT0041 hiring date type, provide "Length" as1 month.

Set base entitlement as accrual period with 1 day constant.

Yo can query IT0041 date in PCRs, No issue on that.

Through HRS=YFGHJJ here you can get documentation each one under HRS.

Please note this day type you will get from IT0041 day type.
