Learning material about the Product Compliance module in the standard without EHS module

Hi all, I am looking for links/learning material about Product compliance (Standard System s4 HANA). I can only find informations about the EHS module. I have the Bp's 3G8 and 3FC but, I need more context to understand this. Thanks for your help!
