I have question about calculation of (supplier) lead time error CoV. What is benchmark calculation?
1, we used order date vs receipt date to calculate lead time error CoV.
2, some people´s thought to improve calculation to calculate request date vs reciept date.
My idea is that with second version we calculate something incorect. LT error should be difference of Order date vs receipt date becuase we measure LT, with second we will measure variability of accuracy supplier promise. Or?
