Landed Costs with Fixed Assets shows error

Hi all,

I am using SAP Business One 10.0 version for SAP HANA (10.00.270) SP 2411. While creating Landed Costs document with fixed assets, I have faced with this error: "[Landed Costs - Rows - Duty Rate][line: 10] , 'No matching records found 'GL Accounts' (OACT) (ODBC -2028)' [Message 131-183]". I attached screencast of issue. What is the duty rate in the rows? There is no this column.

Hi. Have you checked if all Landed Costs types have a G/L assigned? If you can share screenshots from the other tabs with SAP in English will be better to spot something wrong and help in general.

Hi Felipe_Lima, Yes all Landed Costs types have a G/L account assigned and also I added screenshot in the english language to question

Hi all,
This issue was occured because I was trying to create Landed Cost from Goods Receipt PO. I changed the way and used A/P Invoice document for creation of Landed Cost. Problem is solved. Thanks for all.

Hi Javokhir_Isroilov,

Last time when we checked it we found that Landed cost function does not support Fixed assets items, it only processes Stock items.

Currently the only documents that are able to trigger the creation of a fixed assets posting are:

• A/P Invoice
• A/P Credit Memo
• A/P Correction Invoice
• A/P Correction Invoice Reversal
• A/R Invoice

Given that Landed Costs in not one of them, any increases of this asset should be posted via the Capitalization function of the Fixed Asset Module.

Our suggestion is to post additional transactions related to Fixed Asset via the Capitalization function.

Hi Mr ANKIT CHAUHAN, Thanks for the detailed answer but I created Landed Cost document with Fixed Asset. The issue was that I was trying to create Landed Cost document from Goods Receipt PO, I changed way. I created Landed Cost from A/P Invoice and Capitalization also created automatically. Everythin is fine. Thanks for all!
