Labour time should not consider for scheduling

Hi all

I have an issue like this I have set up time, machine time and labour time in the routing,

where labour works on the machine to do the process on the material so the time taken for process and labour time is the same. But while creating production order scheduling it takes both times to scheduling.

for example, setup time is 1 hour machine time is 10 hours and labour time is 10 hours the scheduled time is generated as 1+10+10=21 but labour and machine time are the same. I don't want this labour time in scheduling but it should be considered for costing purposes.

please help how to set  this up,

Hi,

 Try creating custom formula (OP21) for the labor by deselecting ‘Allowed for scheduling’ indicator. You can copy the existing and create a new one with de-selecting the scheduling option. Then create a new custom standard value key and assign the relevant formulas there, assign this to the work center and re test.
