Labour time should not consider for scheduling

Hi all

I have an issue like this I have set up time, machine time and labour time in the routing,

where labour works on the machine to do the process on the material so the time taken for process and labour time is the same. But while creating production order scheduling it takes both times to scheduling.

for example, setup time is 1 hour machine time is 10 hours and labour time is 10 hours the scheduled time is generated as 1+10+10=21 but labour and machine time are the same. I don't want this labour time in scheduling but it should be considered for costing purposes.

please help how to set  this up,

Thanks

Raviram

Hello

The processing duration of each operation is calculated by a formula, which you can find in tab scheduling of your work center.

The most commonly used standard formulas SAP002 and SAP003 will consider only machine or only labor time for scheduling, so I assume that you are using a custom formula.

But my requirement is like this, let us take set up time as 1 hour, machine time as 2 hours and labour time as 2 hours. Let production start at 9:00, set up 9-10, machine time 10-12 and labour time is also 10-12. While scheduling production should start at 9 and end at 12, but it starts at 9 and ends at 2 considering both machine and labour time separately. Here I need to consider setup time and machine time for scheduling, and setup time, machine time and labour time for costing. I am using standard formulas only. Please help.
