For some reason, the dashboard is not being shown to a user, despite installing Adobe Flash Player it is not working

Please note that Adobe announced the end of support for Adobe Flash Player: https://theblog.adobe.com/adobe-flash-update/ and Microsoft announced the removal of the Adobe Flash Player in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, see KB4577586.
