Hi all,
We have a problem with Service Calls and Business Partners addresses. I would like to share it to know if it is a known issue, if there Is a patch or SAP Note to solve it, etc.
Imagine a new Service Call, whose Business Partner’s Ship To fields are the default ones:
Now, someone decide to rename the Ship Address in Business Partner Form and the issue appears.
Refresh or Find the Service Call. Notice that Ship To is not updated but furthermore, we can’t update another fields. This also occurs using the DI API.
Clicking at Ship To’s Combo Box does not show the updated address.
We need to Refresh Service Call and then click the Ship To’s Combo Box again:
Then, the updated address is displayed, and we can select it (or use no address), change other properties and finally update the Service Call.
This issue is specially inconvenient when we need to run batch processes that involve Service Calls.
How can we keep in sync Service Call’s BPShipCode?
SAP Business One 9.20.160.

You are having the same scenario as mentioned in SAP Note 2642231.
In order to resolve the issue, kindly upgrade the database to the latest available version and patch.
