I have the following business case.
In total there are 20 Kanban cards. Each of them contain 10.000 pieces. As soon as I have 8 kanban empty, i want to trigger the replenishment/production order.
This production order should cover the whole 8 kanban cards. (80.000 pieces)
Can you please let me know how to set the control cycle in order that the production order gets trigger for the complete coverage?

I set the control cycle as followed but its not working:
Nr. of kanbans: 20
Maximum empty: 8
Kanban quantity: 10.000 PC
No. load carrier: 1
